Account & Ordering

To place an order on Bong Crunch, you must be at least 18 years old or browsing under the active guidance of an adult. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for providing accurate delivery and contact information at checkout.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST).
• Orders are accepted subject to stock availability and valid payment processing.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by genuine technical or pricing errors, with an immediate full refund.

Food Safety & Allergens

We take strict measures to ensure that our traditional snacks reach you fresh, crisp, and hygienic. Because actual ingredients and allergen details are stated on every pack, please read labels thoroughly before consumption if you have dietary restrictions.

• Allergen alert: Our facilities process ingredients such as peanuts, sesame seeds, mustard, dairy, and gluten. Bong Crunch is not responsible for adverse allergic reactions to disclosed ingredients.
• Tamper check: Never accept, open, or consume a packet that arrives unsealed, bloated, or visibly damaged during transit.

Shipping & Returns

Estimated delivery timelines depend on destination logistics, local holidays, and courier schedules. Once an order is handed over to our shipping partners, transit tracking will be shared via email and SMS.

• Non-returnable items: Due to health, food hygiene, and perishable standards, food products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.
• Damaged or incorrect items: Contact support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and outer shipping label to initiate a replacement or refund.
• Refund timelines: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment mode within 5 to 7 business days.

Intellectual Property & Jurisdiction

All logos, packaging designs, original brand content, and photos displayed on this platform are the sole property of Bong Crunch and may not be copied or repurposed without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising from website use or purchases will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
